Finally going up to Capri's Piazzetta

...taking a ride from the Marina Grande in the funicolare (funicular train) to reach Capri's Piazzetta, its "living room" into which the narrow streets of the old town converge. The funicular station is just a few minutes from there.

To your left is the station from where the funicolare leaves...

...but turn right for the tickets stall.

The funicular train leaves every 15 minutes as you can see taking a look at the Funicolare timetable.

The train ride does not take longer than 7 minutes, and do watch the lush plants scenery and fine whitish Mediterranean flat-roofed houses on your way up to the Piazzetta.
